New York Mixed Chorus Annual Concert 2012

Rental Event presented by New York Mixed Chorus NYMC, an amateur choral group of about 40 members, proudly presents their 2012 annual concert! The choir will perform Japanese children's songs such as: "Oborodukiyo(The Night of a Hazy Moon,)" "Ware ha Uminoko (I am a Child of the Sea)," "Momiji (Autumn Leaves)," "Fuyugeshiki (The Winter Song)" and "Akatombo (Red Dragon Fly)." The choir will also sing a J-pop tune, "Yell," as well as Suite "Chikugogawa (Chikugo River)" a song about the biggest river in Kyushu, in southwestern Japan. The program includes some non-Japanese songs like "Try to Remember," a choir song from "Nabucco," and two barbershop tunes, "Water is Wide" and "In My Room."
